Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Courier Services

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and conditions. Gel-Oh cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Gel-Oh cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

 

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs where applicable.

We will investigate the matter and assist where possible.
